Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data, contributing to the development of reporting and analytic solutions, and collaborating with internal clients and coworkers. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners and teams to develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business needs
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Design and develop applications for internal clients
• Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications
• Knowledge of reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
• Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of Aetna systems, databases, and underlying information structures
• Database knowledge, including Hadoop and Oracle
• Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience
