Remote Event Moderator – Host Online Panels and Q&A Sessions

Job Summary MNC Jobs Info is seeking a dynamic and professional Remote Event Moderator to facilitate and moderate virtual events, live panels, webinars, and Q&A sessions. This is a key client-facing role where you will be the voice and guide of live sessions, ensuring smooth flow, high engagement, and successful outcomes. Whether it is managing panel discussions, interacting with attendees, or moderating expert Q&A sessions, your presence will elevate the experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Host and moderate live virtual events including webinars, panels, and digital town halls.

  • *

Introduce speakers, manage event schedules, and ensure timely transitions.

  • *

Facilitate live Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions with audiences across platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).

  • *

Collaborate with event organizers, technical teams, and speakers before and during the event.

  • *

Ensure smooth event flow by troubleshooting minor issues and providing on-the-spot support.

  • *

Maintain professionalism, audience engagement, and clarity throughout each session.

  • *

Collect participant feedback post-event and contribute to improvement strategies.

  • *

Attend pre-event briefings and conduct speaker orientation calls when required.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

  • *

Confident on-camera presence and the ability to engage virtual audiences.

  • *

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • *

Ability to handle live audience questions and manage unexpected situations calmly.

  • *

Proficient in video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, or MS Teams.

  • *

Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual event tools (polls, breakout rooms, chat moderation, etc.).

  • *

Comfortable with diverse audiences, topics, and industries.

  • Experience
  • *

1-3 years of experience in hosting/moderating online events, webinars, or virtual conferences preferred.

  • *

Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence are also encouraged to apply.

  • *

Prior experience in public speaking, customer support, teaching, or emceeing is an added advantage.

  • Working Hours
  • *

Flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • *

Events are typically scheduled between 9 AM to 9 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

May require availability for occasional evening or weekend events based on international time zones.

Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
