As we grow, we’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to help us connect with the right clients and guide them into partnerships that create value on both sides.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Paid Ads Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mode Effect. As a Paid ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping us grow our e-commerce consultancy brand. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and refining ad strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, engagement, and development of followers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company goals.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with the organization of promotional events and campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative strategies.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation efforts, including identifying prospects and nurturing leads through various channels.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing paid ad strategies for various platforms, including keyword research, ad creative development, and targeting audience segments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences through storytelling.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or proficiency in design software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is preferred.
