What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Technical Industry as a Trainer (Desirable)
  • Experience in Customer Service or Learning and Development field
  • Experience in developing training modules
  • Ability to perform training on training development
  • Exceptional English (verbal and written)

What will you do?

Responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of training and development programs. This involves assessing training needs, coordinating training logistics, tracking employee progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The L&D Coordinator collaborates with various departments to ensure that training aligns with goals and fosters employee growth, engagement, and performance improvement.

  • Assist in the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
  • Design and implement robust career path programs for employees, inclusive of individual development plans.
  • Handle all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation, tracking employee participation and progress in learning programs.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and update training materials, resources, and tools to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes to inform leadership on the impact of Technical Trainer initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches into training programs
