About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for fintech, travel, and lending verticals. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing high-growth campaigns and driving performance across acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- End-to-end ownership of Google (ACI/ACE, Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns

- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and transaction growth across app & web

- Optimize campaigns for CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and reduce drop-offs

Analytics & Measurement

- Set up, track, and optimize campaigns using GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer

- Deep-dive into funnel & cohort analysis

- Build performance dashboards for weekly/monthly business reviews

Cross-Vertical Marketing

- Scale fintech app campaigns (UPI, merchant lending, personal loan)

- Run Travel acquisition & booking campaigns for both web & app

- Optimize creative messaging across different verticals

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams

- Share insights & recommendations with leadership

- Mentor junior team members

Requirements :

- 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing with focus on Google & Meta ads.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Hands-on experience with Appsflyer

- Proven track record in fintech, travel, and lending campaigns is preferred

- Strong analytical mindset; Excel/SQL/BI tool exposure

- Understanding of web-to-app campaigns & cross-device tracking is preferred

- Exposure to remarketing and funnel optimization strategies is preferred

Education: Any graduate
