Job Title: O365 Developer - Microsoft 365 Certified Job Location: Remote/US (Who can assist project in PST time zone) Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Certified - O365 Developer with expertise in productivity and collaboration tools and platforms. As a key member of the team, the role is responsible for the administration, integration, and optimization of enterprise collaboration platforms and productivity tools. The candidate will have strong leadership capabilities to drive enterprise automation, collaboration and productivity tool integration, and cross-platform connectivity.

This role combines technical development with strategic oversight of internal applications and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist and manager, capable of delivering scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and managing cross-functional projects. This role will work to expand and mature the collaboration solutions for use within our enterprise, help coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology across the organization to ensure service, quality, and continuity for our business units and teams. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a wide range of collaboration technology platforms.

Job Requirements

Skills/Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in a technology project task-based role with a minimum 3 years' experience supporting various collaboration and productivity platforms. Similar platform experience will be considered.
• Engineering degree, certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and leading enterprise projects.
• Expert in Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, MS Power Platform, Monday.com and APIs and Integrations.
• Proficient with Box.com, Lucid, Slack, ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms to layman s terms.
• Organized, with the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Experience and comfort in delivering presentations to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to travel globally if required.
• Schedule flexibility to work with partners in multiple global time zones.
• Willingness to learn and lead to resolve issues.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in one of the following fields:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Business Administration (with a strong IT or systems focus)

Certifications

• Master s degree in related discipline is advantageous
