RedHat, a global leader in enterprise open source software solutions, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join the User Experience Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions to support business needs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, technically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Lightning components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Implement integration architectures for data and process integration within Salesforce and with external systems.

• Perform proof of concepts and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.

• Collaborate with a geographically distributed team.

• Troubleshoot performance issues, perform performance tuning, and resolve technical challenges during development.

• Learn and apply Salesforce Service Cloud architecture best practices.

• Work on Salesforce technologies including Salesforce Lightning, Classic, Agentforce, Einstein, Einstein Chat, and integrations (REST, Outbound Messages).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Hands-on experience developing Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).

• Strong understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries.

• Familiarity with Salesforce automation using Flows and Triggers.

• Basic knowledge of API principles (REST and SOAP integrations).

• Version control experience (Git).

• Understanding of declarative vs. programmatic solutions in Salesforce.
