The Manipulate Aircraft: A Global Community of Engineers The Manipulate Aircraft is a complex system that includes cloud microservices, load-balancing algorithms, and services that enable seamless streaming. Our team of engineers is responsible for designing and building this system, which is critical to our success. We're looking for talented individuals who can contribute to this effort and help us answer complex questions like: * How can we design our systems to react to failure, internet traffic shifts, and other real-time adjustments? * How do we steer traffic for live streaming over the backbone? * What is the gold standard way to process petabytes of content to optimize throughput? * How can we design our streaming hardware given customer behavior? * How do we choose the best server for every cloud game session? Key Responsibilities As a Content Tagger and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content * Collaborating with our engineering team to design and build the Manipulate Aircraft * Contributing to the development of cloud microservices, load-balancing algorithms, and services that enable seamless streaming * Working closely with our data team to process and analyze large datasets * Participating in agile development methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in software development or a related field * Proficiency in a contemporary programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) * Experience working in a microservices environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
