Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our Business Intelligence team on a three-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing accurate data entry tasks, reviewing contract terms, and updating data tables as needed. Your exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Validate data quality: Perform ongoing data audits to identify and remediate data gaps that contribute to incorrect historical reporting.
  • Review contract terms: Search Salesforce Account Records to understand contractual terms and reconcile contract values based on contractual terms against current data tables.
  • Manually key in data: Enter data from contractual documents into specific data tables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review data for deficiencies: Identify and correct any incompatibilities, and check output for errors.
  • Document changes: Report updates on an ongoing basis to the Business Operations Leadership team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage multiple tasks: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working independently in a remote setting.
