Software Design Co-op/Intern
Nokia is seeking a Software Design Co-op/Intern to join their team. In this role, you will work with a scrum team to design and develop software features, analyze project requirements, and implement testing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the scrum team to design and develop a feature in area of the Logical Inventory and Assurance area
- Analysis of Epic and Story
- Develop and implement test cases, strategies, and overall test plans to validate software functionality against project specifications
- Troubleshoot software bugs and coordinate to resolve complex issues efficiently
Skills
- Currently a candidate for a Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field at an accredited school in Canada
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, and Redux
- Familiarity with GIT and protocols like NETCONF and GRPC
- Experience with the Linux operating system
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP
- Basic knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF and BG
