Sales Development Representative

A Hiring Company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join their dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling sales activities for specific accounts, reaching out to customers, managing orders, and keeping track of sales.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers
  • Identifying and researching potential customers and plan calls
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and sales appointments, using our CRM system
  • Proactively identify and research potential leads using various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tools
  • Educate prospects on the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services
  • Follow up with prospect to answer questions, provide additional information and overcome objections
  • Increase sales by regularly contacting accounts and identifying opportunities to sell our products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Business Support team to meet customer needs
  • Give product presentations to customers
  • Keep track of customer interactions in our CRM system and update management regularly
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold our core values
