Training Coordinator

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, specializing in online educational software. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for training scheduling and logistics, managing operational processes for training programs, and serving as a liaison with key district partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage operational processes for all QuaverEd training programs, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in allocating training resources, selecting facilitators, and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Analyze training performance metrics and recommend process improvements or policy updates
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key district partners, negotiating training timelines and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain training communication standards across the organization
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within training or HR
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple timelines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels
  • Experience working in a K-12 Public School setting a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar productivity tools
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently with discretion and integrity
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
