Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions, and resolving issues related to their healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from members, providing accurate and timely information about their healthcare benefits

  • Resolve issues and concerns related to member accounts, billing, and claims
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to member inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and member satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare administration)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits, insurance products, and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members from diverse backgrounds
