Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Primary Facilitating Conditions (FHE) group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our critical business applications. You'll work closely with our Server farm Site Supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure the reliability and security of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain complex infrastructure systems, including data centers, server farms, and network infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for infrastructure management, including data center operations, network management, and security
- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced staff, including training and mentoring
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
Required Capabilities
* 4+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data center operations and management
- Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles, including data center design, network architecture, and security best practices
- Experience with infrastructure management tools, including monitoring, automation, and orchestration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
Desirable Capabilities
* Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with security best practices, including vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Splunk and Tableau
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles, including ITIL and COBIT
