Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Chat Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through online conversations, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating a seamless and exceptional customer experience that drives revenue for our clients
  • Utilizing your gaming experience to develop and implement effective strategies for engaging with customers and driving conversions
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, gaming, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM; 40 WPM or higher preferred
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
  • Reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Gaming experience, with a focus on customer engagement and conversion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
