Your Day-to-Day

As a remote customer support representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making Outgoing Calls, Emails, Texts, and Chats: Engage with clients through various communication channels, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explaining and Customizing Insurance Benefit Options: Educate clients on insurance benefits and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Updating Client Info and Keeping Records Accurate: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Bringing a Positive Attitude and Hitting Daily Activity Goals: Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer support, consistently meeting or exceeding daily activity goals.
  • Collaborating Virtually with Your Team: Work closely with your remote team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No Prior Experience Required – Full Training Provided: Don't worry if you're new to customer support – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be Organized, Dependable & Coachable: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to dependability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic Computer Skills (Zoom, Email, Web Tools): Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Zoom, email, and web tools, is essential for success in this role.
  • Must be 18+ and Legally Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Meet the minimum age requirement and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willing to Obtain a Life & Health Insurance License: Be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license, which will be provided by arenaflex.
