Your Day-to-Day
As a remote customer support representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making Outgoing Calls, Emails, Texts, and Chats: Engage with clients through various communication channels, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Explaining and Customizing Insurance Benefit Options: Educate clients on insurance benefits and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
- Updating Client Info and Keeping Records Accurate: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

- Basic Computer Skills (Zoom, Email, Web Tools): Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Zoom, email, and web tools, is essential for success in this role.
- Must be 18+ and Legally Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Meet the minimum age requirement and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to Obtain a Life & Health Insurance License: Be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license, which will be provided by arenaflex.
