Henry Schein Canada is a health solutions company that supports dental and medical practitioners. The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting day-to-day service operations, acting as a point of contact for technicians and managing warranty claims and orders.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day service operations by being a point of contact for technicians and branches across the company
  • Handling incoming calls from technicians to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting
  • Managing warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by working directly with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals, accurate processing, and proper follow-up

Skills

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
  • One to two years' experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Prior IFS, Astea or JDE experience
