The Manager, Subscription & Custom Services Sales Specialists will lead a team focused on driving growth through subscription and custom professional services, ensuring enterprise customers realize value from Adobe's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute industry-aligned sales strategies to accelerate growth across subscription and professional services
  • Drive predictable revenue through new business, account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and overall pipeline health
  • Partner with enterprise sales leaders to influence complex transformation initiatives and long-term success strategies
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on consultative, value-based selling
  • Create an inclusive, accountable, and collaborative team culture centered on customer success
  • Empower the team to exceed bookings targets and build long-term customer partnerships
  • Support career growth through mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders to understand business goals and align solutions to outcomes
  • Lead complex solutioning discussions, including custom SOWs, success plans, and enterprise service strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment across business, delivery, and value realization
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create seamless customer experiences
  • Align with delivery leadership to support successful execution, satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Share field insights to improve offerings, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and execution through CRM tools such as Dynamics
  • Use data and performance metrics to identify trends and improve sales effectiveness
  • Implement scalable guidelines to improve efficiency and customer impact
  • Leverage Adobe AI capabilities to enhance individual and team performance
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies shaping digital experiences
  • Represent Adobe as a leader in customer success excellence internally and externally
  • Share insights, guidelines, and success stories across teams and with customers
  • Travel for customer engagement, team development, and collaboration is expected (approximately 30%)

Skills

  • Proven experience leading enterprise or professional services sales teams and exceeding growth targets
  • Strength in consultative selling, solution strategy, and managing complex deal cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent
  • Customer-first approach supported by analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Curiosity for evolving technology trends and business challenges, including emerging AI opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate customer and internal challenges
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and related service offerings is a plus
  • Experience leading subscription or SaaS-related services sales teams
  • Background in digital transformation, customer experience, or consulting
  • Experience working with large, complex enterprise organizations
  • Passion for innovation, leadership development, and delivering customer value
