The Product and Tender Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of Sales Channel Partners and direct customers within Beckman Coulter's Distributor Markets in EEMEA. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. The job will be remote in Budapest, Hungary. We are looking for a reliable and accurate team player, who will take the responsibility for delegated tasks. This includes technical details, features and benefits Prepare and handle tenders, offers, prices, calculations, contracts Collaborating with the other tender specialist and the sales team on the tender documentation handling Sales Contract & Pricing Agreement administration and renewal Installation related documents handling Provide support in business analysis & process improvement using MS Office suite

Qualifications

Master’s degree (emphasis in Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry and/or Pharmacy is strongly desired) Experience in IVD market Extremely organized and detail-oriented Language skills must include fluent spoken and written: Hungarian MS Office 365 Suite with High Level Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, V Look Up & Macros It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate evidence/references relating to: Strong knowledge & expertise with legal documentation requirements Join our winning team today.
