What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will wear many hats and play a critical role in the day-to-day success of our restaurant. Your primary mission is to ensure every guest has a positive, memorable experience — from the moment they place their order to the moment they leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive-Thru Operations: Greet guests warmly, take accurate and efficient drive-thru orders, process payments, and ensure that each order is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Order Assembly and Delivery: Carefully assemble guest orders to specification, double-check accuracy, and deliver food to customers at the counter, table, or drive-thru window with a friendly attitude.
- Dining Room Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming by wiping down tables, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking supplies, and promptly cleaning spills or messes.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with customers in a positive, upbeat manner, answer questions about the menu, address concerns professionally, and make each guest feel valued and appreciated.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, handle money responsibly, and maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout your shift.

Essential Physical and Mental Requirements
The role of a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex is hands-on, active, and dynamic. To succeed in this position, candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:
- Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed during shifts
- Ascend or descend stairs safely and frequently
- Reach and grasp objects both above the head and below the waistline
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Arrive on time and be ready to work scheduled shifts as assigned
- Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Take accurate orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
- Effectively multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide all customers with quick, friendly, and attentive service
