Talent Groups is seeking a ServiceNow Support Analyst for a 9-month contract to assist in a high-profile ServiceNow migration initiative. The role focuses on ticket management, data entry, and supporting the transition from legacy platforms to a unified ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor ticketing systems and transfer updates into ServiceNow
  • Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms
  • Track and manage tickets through resolution while maintaining thorough documentation
  • Assist with migrating information from Cherwell and Netcracker into ServiceNow
  • Transfer ticket history, comments, and supporting documentation
  • Support the implementation and adoption of the new ServiceNow environment
  • Partner closely with the Service Desk leadership team throughout the migration process
  • Provide light hardware and software support as workload permits
  • Assist end users with routine service requests
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow established support processes

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (required)
  • Experience working with web-based ticketing systems
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work Alaska Time Zone business hours
  • Experience with Cherwell ticketing systems
  • Experience with Netcracker
  • Previous service desk or IT support experience
  • Experience supporting system migrations or technology implementations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
