[Remote] Marketing Associate III (Automation)

BCforward is a leading global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm providing services and support to Fortune 500 and government clients. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to contribute to lifecycle strategy, design multi-touch campaigns, and leverage data for decision-making to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to lifecycle strategy. Define and evolve frameworks across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and reactivation. Identify journey gaps and propose data-grounded solutions
- Design multi-touch campaigns. Develop concepts, audience strategies, and messaging for nurture flows across email, in-app, and other surfaces. Translate business goals into program briefs
- Own experimentation. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, sequencing, and targeting. Synthesize results into recommendations
- Leverage data for decision-making. Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to locate opportunities and friction points. Partner with Data to refine targeting and personalization
- Build and optimize campaigns. Set up automation workflows in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable with personalization tied to behavioral and product signals. Iterate based on performance data
- Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth to align lifecycle programs with GTM priorities and product launches
- Drive reporting and insights. Maintain dashboards, surface trends, and present learnings. Translate data into narratives that guide program direction
Skills
- 5-7 years in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or self-serve platforms
- Hands-on marketing automation experience with at least one platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Working knowledge of segmentation using behavioral data, product usage signals, or CRM fields
- Analytical skills with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. Understanding of open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, QA, timing, and stakeholder updates
- Clear communication skills to document processes, summarize tests, and inform cross-functional partners
- Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment or mParticle
- HTML/CSS for email
- Familiarity with advertiser ecosystems and two-sided platforms
