[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and reactivation programs
- Design and execute multi-touch campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys using marketing automation platforms
- Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and product usage data
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey building, and campaign optimization
- Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or self-service platform environment preferred
