[Remote] Director of Sponsorship Sales Commission Only – 25% of Revenue Generated

They are seeking a Director of Sponsorship Sales to drive revenue growth by developing, selling, and managing sponsorship packages for the Hilton Head Leadership Summit.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying prospective sponsors
- Conducting outreach
- Leading sales presentations to decision-makers in aligned industries
- Designing and pricing sponsorship offerings
- Negotiating terms and contracts
- Ensuring that sponsor expectations are clearly defined and met
- Building long-term strategic partnerships
- Maintaining a robust sponsorship pipeline and CRM data
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sponsorship assets with company initiatives
- Providing regular performance and revenue reports to leadership
Skills
- Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales and Sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive Sales Presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in building and managing Strategic Partnerships that drive mutual value
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a commission-only, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines and forecast revenue
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time, priorities, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones
- Background in health and wellness, green energy, or related industries is preferred but not required
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, advertising sales, corporate sales, or business development
- Experience selling $5,000 to $50,000+ opportunities
- Existing corporate network is a plus
