They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support full-cycle recruiting activities in a fast-paced, remote environment, focusing on candidate engagement and recruitment process coordination.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using online recruiting platforms, internal databases, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate work history, technical qualifications, education, and overall fit for open positions
- Guide candidates through various stages of the hiring process while ensuring a professional and engaging experience
- Communicate employment opportunities, company information, benefits, and career growth potential to prospective candidates
- Support hiring managers and recruiting teams throughout interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and offer progression activities
- Assist in managing recruiting pipelines and maintaining accurate candidate tracking information
- Support recruitment lifecycle activities from sourcing through offer coordination and onboarding preparation
- Maintain employment documentation, recruiting records, and applicant information within internal systems
- Help monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress to support staffing goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and smooth hiring workflows
- Utilize recruiting systems, databases, and reporting tools to maintain organized and accurate hiring records
- Support recruiting operations by assisting with scheduling, data entry, and candidate communications
- Ensure recruiting practices align with hiring guidelines, policies, and compliance standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, sales support, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of hiring practices, recruitment processes, and employment-related procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
- Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- Experience supporting applicant tracking systems or HR technology platforms
- Familiarity with Oracle systems or enterprise recruiting platforms
- Background supporting pipeline management and offer coordination processes
- Experience sourcing candidates through online recruiting channels and databases
