[Remote] Director, Enterprise Account Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Madison Logic is a company that helps marketers align decision-makers through data-driven insights and strategic expertise. They are seeking a Director of Enterprise Account Sales to consultatively sell their B2B products, achieve sales targets, and manage relationships with enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- On-site working at the ML physical office, 2-days per week required
- Consultative sales of Madison Logic’s portfolio of B2B products to Marketers
- Achieve annual, monthly and quarterly sales targets [as defined on an annual basis]
- Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the Region
- Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals and upsell
- Directly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in region, as appropriate
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals
- Be a digital marketing consultant to Madison Logic’s enterprise and mid-market clients, including staying abreast of digital marketing best practices and applying this knowledge to assist their portfolio of clients in meeting their revenue goals
- Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding along with a white glove level of support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- University Degree, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of quota carrying B2B sales, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise Accounts
- A track record of meeting annual targets in excess of 1.5 million USD
- 2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company)
- Proven track-record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staff
- A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Madison Logic and/or Account Based Marketing Industry and competitive landscape strongly preferred
- Proactive mentality with superior follow-up skills
- A strong technical aptitude to pitch our technically advanced platform
