[Remote] Sales Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized leader in conveyance and automation systems to find a Sales Engineer Consultant. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, optimizing end-of-line automation systems and improving production efficiency while building relationships with key stakeholders in the consumer goods space.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on automation strategies, production flow, and line optimization
- Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturing leaders and key stakeholders
- Evaluate customer operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and conveyance solutions
- Conduct plant visits to understand production challenges and develop tailored recommendations
- Drive new business opportunities and help guide projects from concept through implementation
- Collaborate with internal engineering, technical, and commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights that help shape business strategy
Skills
- 3+ years of experience within the Consumer Goods industry
- Experience working with automated machinery, industrial processes, material handling, packaging, or conveyance systems
- Strong consultative sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to understand manufacturing operations and identify process improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting beverage, food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or material handling environments is highly desirable
