[Remote] USA SALES MANAGER
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nomilk2day is an established provider of poultry equipment and technical systems, and they are seeking a USA Sales Manager. This role involves developing the market, managing complex sales projects, and building sustainable partnerships with dealers and professional customers throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and market share across the U.S. market
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and key accounts
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Lead negotiations and close large, long-term contracts
- Advise clients on technical system solutions, pricing structures, and contractual conditions
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor market developments, competition, and regulatory changes
- Travel extensively across the United States to support clients and partners
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in capital goods, poultry equipment, agri-tech, or international markets
- Strong understanding of poultry production systems and professional production environments
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, commerce, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Based in the United States and willing to travel extensively
- Experience in technical or capital equipment sales, preferably within poultry production or related agricultural production systems
- Commercially driven and relationship-oriented
- Experienced in managing complex decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders
