[Remote] Digital Marketing & Creative Design Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Legacy Healthcare Services is focused on enhancing its digital growth strategy and brand presence. The Digital Marketing & Creative Design Specialist will support various digital marketing initiatives, oversee website management, and lead creative design efforts to strengthen the organization’s visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create/manage website content updates, homepage banners, landing pages, announcements, and ongoing website support while ensuring content remains current, visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with branding and priorities
- Lead SEO strategy development, website optimization, and ongoing monitoring to improve online visibility, search rankings, digital engagement, and website performance metrics
- Manage company Google Business profiles, online directory listings, online reviews, and reputation management initiatives to strengthen the organization’s digital presence and visibility
- Design and create graphics, layouts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, flyers, branded collateral, and digital marketing materials, including support for social media graphics as needed
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, recruiting campaigns, and business development initiatives
- Support recruiting marketing and sales initiatives through Indeed and other digital recruitment, advertising, and lead generation platforms
- Coordinate audience targeting, campaign segmentation, KPI tracking, budgeting, analytics, and campaign performance reporting
- Assist with blog development, website articles, thought leadership content, SEO-focused writing, and digital content initiatives
- Assist with video editing, multimedia content creation, motion graphics, and digital communication support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, graphic design, or related field
- Experience with website content management systems, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
- Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns supporting new product launches and ongoing marketing efforts
- Strong graphic design, branding, and layout experience
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other media advertising
- Knowledge and experience with CRM and content management systems, PPC advertising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Campaign Manager)
- Understanding of AI tools, digital marketing technology, and emerging industry trends
