[Remote] Oracle HCM Program Manager

RED Global is seeking an Oracle HCM Program Manager to deliver high-impact Oracle transformation programs aligned with global tech strategy and business objectives. The role involves collaborating with various levels of the organization and overseeing third-party implementation partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Oracle initiatives, including Oracle HCM cloud, Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
- Coordinate internal business, technology, and external resources to achieve expected program outcomes
- Manage and lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery initiatives and be accountable for program resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realization to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
- Coordinate internal, external, client or third-party resources to achieve expected outcomes
- Monitor progress, analyze project data and reports project status and disposition to mangers and stakeholders on regular and timely basis
- Effectively challenge, negotiate, and influence colleagues to produce value-add solutions that drive progress, and support the Firm’s culture and strategies
Skills
- Experience in end-to-end program management for large-scale Oracle initiatives, including Oracle HCM cloud and Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
- Ability to coordinate internal business, technology, and external resources to achieve expected program outcomes
- Experience managing and leading Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery initiatives
- Accountability for program resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realization
- Ability to monitor progress, analyze project data, and report project status to managers and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to produce value-add solutions
