[Remote] Learning & Development - Instructional Designer

They are seeking a Learning & Development - Instructional Designer to evaluate vendor-provided content, align it to enterprise risk priorities, and drive measurable behavior change through structured training and assessment.
Responsibilities
- Review internal security training and standards
- Audit vendor content and map it to audience
- Identify gaps and adjust training program to target key behaviors
- Build the full rollout plan across vendors and phases
- Curate the training modules and simulation library
- Structure baseline measurement and follow up testing
- Conduct baseline testing with ETS & Privileged Users
- Launch core HRM training curriculum across vendors
- Coordinate communications, assignments, and rollout logistics
- Run follow-up assessments to measure impact
- Compare results to baseline to evaluate behavior change
- Track trends and adjust training to improve outcomes over time
Skills
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness, human risk, or security behavior programs
- Background in behavior change or learning design
- Ability to align training to risk outcomes and business needs
- Experience designing surveys and measuring effectiveness
