Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for the role of ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Architect. The ideal candidate will manage and configure core ServiceNow modules, support platform updates, and provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and SPM
- Support and maintain platform updates, releases, patches, and upgrades
- Monitor platform performance and ensure instance health
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support enhancements
- Provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy
- Utilize AI capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality
Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts
- Experience with REST API integrations and data management
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies
- ITIL certification
- Experience with ITOM, SecOps, and CSM modules
- Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Playwright
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and regression testing
