Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Technical Customer Service Advisor team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing connectivity, device, or account issues. You will listen actively, diagnose problems, and guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of arenaflex as a trusted technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers across the United States.
  • Diagnose technical issues related to Wi‑Fi connectivity, device power‑on problems, account login failures, and other digital services.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and knowledge bases simultaneously to locate accurate solutions quickly.
  • Document each interaction precisely in the CRM, ensuring compliance with data‑security standards.
  • Escalate complex cases to Tier‑2 support when necessary, while keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone, even when handling frustrated or upset callers.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, performance reviews, and continuous‑learning initiatives.
  • Adhere to assigned shift schedules, which may include evenings, nights, and at least one weekend day per week.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and share best practices with teammates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in IT support is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • At least six months of customer‑service experience, preferably in a contact‑center or remote setting.
  • Reliable high‑speed broadband (minimum 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping
  • Proficiency with computers, including typing speed of at least 30 wpm and comfort navigating multiple applications.
  • Dedicated workspace with a closed door that can be used exclusively during work hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self‑motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Flexibility to work a full‑time, five‑day schedule (Monday‑Sunday) between 7 am – 10:30 pm CST.
