As a Customer Growth Manager at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of our revenue engine. You will shape and execute customer‑specific marketing programs, influence complex franchisee dynamics, and translate consumer and industry insights into actionable strategies that drive profit and deepen relationships. This is a high‑visibility role that partners directly with Sales Leadership, Marketing teams, and key customer contacts to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing calendars for assigned customers or geographic regions, aligning initiatives with arenaflex’s broader growth objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with marketing contacts, franchisees, and decision‑makers across key accounts.
  • Insight Generation & Application: Conduct deep‑dive analyses of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes; translate findings into tailored recommendations that enhance customer performance.
  • Revenue‑Driving Concept Development: Lead the ideation, testing, and rollout of innovative concepts, promotions, and product extensions that unlock new revenue streams for customers.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Partner with sales directors and account managers to ensure alignment of marketing tactics with sales targets, providing strategic input on complex customer situations.
  • Stewardship & Review: Conduct regular marketing stewardship reviews, assessing the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities, and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Long‑Term Planning Support: Contribute to customers’ multi‑year business planning processes, offering strategic foresight and data‑backed recommendations.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Perform rigorous business and opportunity assessments, quantifying potential impact and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate with product development, finance, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of customer‑centric programs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer growth, account management, or strategic marketing within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue‑generating initiatives and managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, capable of navigating intricate franchisee and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and executing annual marketing calendars and long‑term strategic plans.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global organization with exposure to diverse markets and cultures.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, e‑commerce strategies, and emerging beverage trends.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or data analytics (Google Analytics, SAS).
  • Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic, to support international accounts.
