Position Overview

We are expanding our Caremark Member Operations team, the heart of arenaflex’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division. This role is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position serving members within a 75‑mile radius of Las Vegas, NV. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members navigating prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services. Your mission is to simplify complex health‑care information, provide compassionate guidance, and ensure every member feels heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries about commercial plans, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and other specialized pharmacy benefit programs.
  • Explain prescription coverage details, eligibility criteria, and mail‑order processes in clear, jargon‑free language.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary systems to verify member information, process requests, and document interactions accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to improve member experience, escalating complex issues to senior specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, data‑security protocols, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program that blends six weeks of instructor‑led training, self‑paced modules, and real‑time coaching.
  • Adapt to fluctuating call volumes by adjusting scheduled hours, while always preserving service quality and colleague well‑being.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a strong track record of reliable performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow scheduling standards and maintain consistent attendance.

  • Associate’s degree or comparable experience in a related field.
