As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of the brand, guiding customers through post‑order journeys that include shipping inquiries, damage reports, returns, exchanges, assembly services, and order notifications. Key Responsibilities

  • Reliability & Attendance: Arrive on time for each shift, maintain consistent attendance, and proactively communicate any unexpected absences or schedule changes.
  • High‑Volume Contact Management: Efficiently handle 50–60 inbound calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Customer Satisfaction Excellence: Meet and exceed internal metrics for satisfaction, first‑contact resolution, and overall service quality.
  • Multi‑Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email, addressing topics such as returns, exchanges, delivery status, product availability, and order tracking.
  • Active Listening & Empathy: Demonstrate genuine concern, understand the root cause of each issue, and tailor solutions to individual needs.
  • De‑Escalation & Conflict Management: Calmly resolve frustrated or upset customers, balancing their expectations with arenaflex’s policies while preserving a professional demeanor.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to complete 100% mandatory training program successfully.
  • Successful completion of a candidate assessment as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Prior experience in a high‑volume call‑center or e‑commerce support environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
  • Experience using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or order management tools.
  • Strong written communication skills for email and chat interactions.
  • Certification or coursework in conflict resolution, customer experience, or related fields.
  • Comfort with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
