Your Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the face of our brand and the heart of our store operations. Your role is dynamic, hands-on, and customer-focused. On any given day, you will find yourself moving throughout the store, engaging with customers, and ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Your core responsibilities include:

• Greeting Customers with Warmth: Welcoming each customer as they enter the store, making them feel valued, and offering assistance with a friendly smile.
• Operating the Register and Cash Handling: Running the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, and balancing your register at the end of each shift.
• Cashiering Excellence: Providing quick, accurate, and courteous checkout experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Making Purchase Suggestions: Recommending complementary products and promotional items to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Supporting the Food Program: Occasionally assisting with food preparation, food service, and maintaining food safety standards as part of our integrated store offerings.

Physical Requirements for the Role

This is an active, on-your-feet role that requires physical stamina and mobility. You should be comfortable with the following physical demands:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours during a single shift.
