  • Reservation Assistance: Guide customers through the process of booking new vehicle reservations, modifying existing bookings to accommodate schedule changes, and processing cancellations in accordance with company policies.
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle availability, current leasing rates, rental policies, guidelines, insurance options, and any promotional offers that may apply to the customer's specific situation.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services — such as insurance upgrades, GPS rentals, child safety seats, fuel service options, or loyalty program enrollment — that align with customer needs and enhance their overall rental experience.
  • CRM Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions within the company CRM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting future reference and analytics.
