Position Overview

arenaflex is looking for a dedicated, outgoing, and service-driven professional to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Support Agent – Sports Travel Planning & Booking Specialist. Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation and Trip Discovery

  • Engage with clients through digital communication channels including email, chat, phone, and video calls to understand their unique travel preferences, budgets, and sporting event interests.
  • Ask thoughtful, discovery-focused questions to identify the perfect destinations, transportation options, travel dates, and accommodations tailored to each client.
  • Offer expert advice on global sports travel options, drawing from your knowledge of events, venues, seasons, and traveler trends.

Itinerary Planning and Booking Execution

  • Plan, organize, and book comprehensive travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, event tickets, and additional services as needed.
  • Coordinate airline reservations, hotel stays, car rentals, and ground transportation to create seamless end-to-end experiences.
  • Present clients with attractive travel packages that combine event tickets, lodging, and extras into a single, easy-to-understand offering.
  • Confirm all bookings, double-check details, and ensure that every element of the trip is in place before the client departs.

Sales and Customer Conversion

  • Utilize effective communication and consultative sales techniques to present appealing travel packages that align with each client's interests and budget.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as premium seating, travel insurance upgrades, excursions, and extended stays.
  • Confidently guide clients through the decision-making process while keeping their best interests at the forefront of every recommendation.

Customer Support and Relationship Management

Essential Qualifications
