Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify potential financial savings within our supply chain and develop strategies to achieve cost reductions.
• Design and execute reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives that drive business growth.
• Work closely with the Outbound Transportation Team to optimize delivery rates and transit times, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Foster strong relationships with contracted transportation providers to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Optimize our custom-built transportation management tools to enhance efficiency and performance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive informed decision-making.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI, RStudio, SQL, or similar programs.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to leverage data to support proposed solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights to various audiences.
• The ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen understanding of our operations, with the ability to "look behind the numbers" to drive meaningful change.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience with other statistical software a plus.
