Client & Vendor Accounts Liaison - 2nd Shift Remote

Your role: You own the E2E planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a highly dynamic environment. You apply critical thinking skills to ensure the consistent delivery of customer commitments while optimizing the utilization of field resources. You own customer communications E2E for all service events. You manage and apply prioritization logic that aligns with customer commitments. You own the deployment of field resources; you are the decision maker, coordinating with field management and displaying strong influencing & collaborative skills. Your expertise: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively communicate with customers, internal partners, and diverse audiences Ability to support complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance is essential Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You have good presentation skills in the customer environment and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Experience in medical device or healthcare preferred Requirements: Initial 3 weeks onsite, required for training & onboarding 15% travel annually for continuous training & education Reliable internet capabilities While position is REMOTE, hours of operation for these roles require working 2nd shifts on East Coast Schedule and require working an assigned schedule: Tuesday – Friday: 3pm -12am; Saturday: 9am - 6pm. The base pay range for this position is: $55,780 - $76,703 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
