Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Pipeline Stewardship

  • Execute high-volume, high-accuracy data entry tasks across internal systems, ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify, catalog, and document data sources, including an understanding of where specific data types reside, how they are categorized, and how they flow through our technology ecosystem.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of data pipelines, helping to ensure that information moves seamlessly from ingestion to reporting.
  • Validate incoming data against established business rules, flagging anomalies and working with cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies.

Metrics Development and Reporting

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and refine a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports using visualization tools, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable visuals.
  • Prepare and present metric updates to executive leadership on a recurring cadence, distilling technical detail into executive-friendly narratives.
