About the Role: Client Support Coordinator at arenaflex
We are currently expanding our Client Support team and are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Client Support Coordinator to join us. What You'll Do at arenaflex
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the record labels and DSP partners who rely on our software to distribute music and manage their royalty accounting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Liaison: Serving as the primary contact for record labels and DSP partners using arenaflex's distribution platform, providing timely, professional, and friendly support.
- Quality Assurance of Digital Releases: Taking responsibility for the quality of digital releases being delivered to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, and others) worldwide, ensuring every track, album, and metadata package meets the highest standards.
- Product Expertise: Gaining exposure to the full range of products and services offered by arenaflex, building deep knowledge of our distribution tools, royalty systems, and label services.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving client queries efficiently, using an analytical approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
- International Communication: Coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams across multiple time zones and geographies, making strong cross-cultural communication essential.
- Process Improvement: Contributing ideas and feedback to help our team continuously refine the support experience and improve internal workflows.
