Position Overview

This remote, work‑from‑home role is designed for dynamic, sales‑oriented professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and love helping people make informed decisions. You will serve as the critical bridge between a customer’s online research and the in‑store experience, guiding them through every step—from initial inquiry to financing and final delivery. The role blends consultative sales, technology adoption, and mentorship, offering a clear pathway to leadership positions within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Engage inbound customers via phone, chat, and email to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s extensive inventory to recommend vehicles that align with each customer’s unique criteria, highlighting features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Facilitate the end‑to‑end sales process, including online appraisal, financing application assistance, and coordination of vehicle delivery or in‑store pickup.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from digital interaction to physical showroom visits, guaranteeing a consistent and high‑quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor and coach teammates as you develop expertise, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing sales culture.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the iconic arenaflex customer experience standards.
  • Obtain the required Automotive Sales Person License in applicable states, which may involve testing and occasional travel for in‑person requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to stay current on new vehicle arrivals, financing programs, and technology tools.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within retail, automotive, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Exceptional listening skills and a genuine customer‑first mindset.
  • High level of self‑motivation with a track record of meeting or surpassing performance goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex financing terms in simple language.
  • Comfort with learning and mastering new technologies; proficient with CRM platforms, web‑based inventory tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to adjust schedule twice per year based on business needs.
  • Willingness to work on‑site one day per week at the Dallas Customer Experience Center (CEC) and reside within a 60‑mile (approximately one‑hour) radius of the CEC.
