Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from paper forms, surveys, and event‑generated documents into arenaflex’s central database using a laptop and mouse.
  • Interpret handwritten entries with precision, ensuring each character, number, and symbol is captured accurately.
  • Cross‑reference entered data against original source documents to verify completeness and correctness.
  • Update existing records, correct inconsistencies, and flag any anomalies for further review.
  • Organize and file physical paperwork after entry, maintaining a tidy workspace that prevents loss or misplacement of critical documents.
  • Collaborate with the internal data management team to resolve data‑related questions and support broader reporting initiatives.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks such as preparing summary reports, scanning documents, or supporting event logistics when needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, and desktop applications).
  • Typing speed of 40–45 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 80–90% or higher.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies that could affect downstream analysis.

Work Schedule & Location

This temporary position is based at arenaflex’s headquarters in Palmetto, FL. The schedule is designed to accommodate a variety of personal commitments while supporting the organization’s event calendar:

  • Fridays – one day per month (typically after regular business hours).
  • Saturdays – two to three days per month, with start times determined by event data collection needs.
  • All shifts are flexible; exact times will be coordinated with you to align with your availability.
  • Because the role is on‑site, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the arenaflex team, experience the office culture, and receive immediate feedback.
