Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Call Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring our subscribers receive world-class service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input customer information, subscription details, account updates, and interaction logs into our proprietary database systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Inquiry Response: Professionally respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests via multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot account problems, process billing adjustments, and resolve technical streaming concerns promptly and effectively to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions in compliance with company data management protocols.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
