Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our growing customer service division. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Customers in Real Time: Responding promptly to incoming live chat inquiries from customers, providing friendly, professional, and accurate assistance at all times.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Sharing up-to-date details about services, bookings, policies, promotions, and general inquiries to ensure customers have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Handling Reservations: Assisting customers with modifying, canceling, or confirming reservations while adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Resolving Customer Concerns: Identifying customer issues quickly, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive resolution that leaves the customer feeling valued and heard.
  • Escalating Complex Cases: Recognizing when an inquiry requires additional expertise and seamlessly transferring the customer to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Documenting Interactions: Accurately logging customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Staying Current on Policies: Maintaining a strong understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, procedures, and current promotions through ongoing training and self-study.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role at arenaflex, candidates should possess the following:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits
