Key Responsibilities

Make commitments to research and follow-up that are always honored, resolve open issues thoroughly, and log every contact—including the information gathered and resolution achieved—in the appropriate ticketing system with accuracy.
  • Email and Live Chat Support: Respond to all assigned email and chat messages according to schedule, ensuring that every customer question and concern is addressed comprehensively in your reply. Capture all relevant customer information and document resolutions meticulously in the appropriate ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
  • Continuous Skill Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning by continually striving to enhance both cognitive abilities and customer service skills. Develop proficiency with all supported products, showcase strong problem-solving capabilities, and maintain excellent verbal and written communication. Read, review, and thoroughly understand all support resources provided by arenaflex and its clients, and attend every training class while completing all assigned exercises.
  • Effective Communication and Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to your immediate supervisor or department manager regarding support issues, emerging trends, potential resolutions, and innovative suggestions. Communicate patterns, recurring issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management to help improve overall service delivery.
  • Peer Support and Collaboration: Offer procedural advice, mentorship, and assistance to fellow representatives, fostering a collaborative team environment. Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with all support clients, contributing to a culture of mutual respect and shared success.
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Perform all support functions strictly within the guidelines established by arenaflex and client policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain effective, professional, and courteous relationships with customers, employees, supervisors, and business contacts.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including strong active listening capabilities that enable you to understand customer needs fully and respond appropriately.
