Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued pharmacy customers, playing an essential role in helping them navigate insurance questions, billing concerns, product inquiries, and technical support needs. Whether you're verifying copay information, assisting a customer with a website navigation issue, or partnering with our pharmacy staff to resolve a clinical concern, your work will directly impact the wellness journey of real people, every single day.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a tangible difference in the lives of customers across the nation. The role is 40 hours per week, though hours may occasionally vary based on business needs. You will work a variable reduced hour schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential, as our customers count on us to be there when they need us most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and fellow team members over the phone, through email, and via web chat with questions related to billing, insurance verification, pharmacy products, and service-related inquiries.
  • Manage a steady flow of both inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing timely and accurate support across multiple communication channels.
  • Proactively anticipate the questions and concerns customers may have during each interaction, offering thoughtful, well-prepared solutions before issues escalate.
  • Take ownership of every customer issue from start to finish, personally seeing each case through to resolution or seamlessly partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is required.
  • Deliver best-in-class service experiences that exceed customer expectations, all while maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Help customers understand their insurance benefits, copay responsibilities, prescription shipping timelines, and order status updates.
  • Provide friendly, patient-centered technical support for customers navigating the arenaflex pharmacy web platform, helping them place orders, manage refills, and access their account information.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to maximizing the long-term relationship we are building with each individual.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • A minimum of 6+ months of professional experience working with computer applications, web-based tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, particularly managing live phone conversations while simultaneously navigating computer systems.
  • Willingness to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screening in order to be considered for employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of relevant customer service experience, ideally via phone or email, in a high-volume or metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Prior experience working in a customer service, call center, or contact center setting.
  • Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or similarly regulated environment is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced work setting while consistently meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive, supportive team culture.
