Astrix is a world-renowned biotechnology research organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across cloud, FinOps, and infrastructure initiatives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment, visibility, and delivery of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate initiatives across the FinOps and infrastructure roadmap
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Track actions and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Support governance meetings, workshops, and review forums
  • Manage agendas, materials, communications, and action tracking
  • Maintain portfolio‑level visibility into status, risks, and resource needs
  • Prepare executive‑ready updates, dashboards, and decision‑support materials
  • Support roadmap and planning activities
  • Facilitate communication across technical, scientific, and business teams
  • Drive alignment across competing priorities and escalate blockers when needed
  • Identify and implement improvements to planning, governance, and reporting processes

Skills

  • 5+ years in project/program management, PMO, business operations, or technology operations
  • Experience coordinating complex technical or infrastructure initiatives
  • Familiarity with FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud infrastructure, AI/compute environments, or capacity planning
  • Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery practices
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear plans and updates
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
